These terms are between you and 9GG LLC ("we"), a Wyoming limited liability company, for Budgetfold at budgetfold.com and its apps. Creating an account means you agree to them.
Budgetfold is a tool for recording and planning your own money. It performs arithmetic on numbers you enter. It is not financial, tax, investment or legal advice, its AI features can be wrong, and decisions you make from it are yours.
You own what you enter. You give us the licence needed to store and process it to provide the service to you and the people you share a budget with.
You can export everything at any time, on every plan, as CSV and JSON. If we ever discontinue Budgetfold we will give at least 90 days' notice by email and keep the export available throughout. We will not sell your data to a third party as part of any transaction without offering you that export first.
Free and Plus are described on the pricing page. Plus is billed through Stripe yearly or monthly, renews automatically, and can be cancelled from Settings → Manage billing; you keep paid features to the end of the period. Refund within 14 days of a first purchase on request. Prices change only with 30 days' notice.
No spam, no attacks on the service, no reselling access, no unlawful content. Shared budgets are for people who share money, not for pooling unrelated accounts.
You may delete your account at any time. We may end service to accounts that violate these terms. The portability promise applies either way.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.
Wyoming law; disputes in Wyoming courts, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
Posted here, with email to account holders at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
