You have assigned more than the income entered so far this month. Either enter the paycheck that has arrived, or pull some assigned money back from a category.
Bank statements carry no categories. On the Accounts page, filter Uncategorised and press Categorise for me; then fix the few it got wrong. Payees remember their category afterward.
Settings → Manage billing opens the Stripe portal. Your data stays, and you can export it any time.
