Rocket Money charges up to 60% of what it saves you. A list and a calendar do the same job.

Rocket Money finds subscriptions and negotiates bills. The finding is useful. The fee is the problem: Premium is $7 to $14 a month and bill negotiation keeps 35 to 60% of the first year's saving. Budgetfold tracks subscriptions on the free plan and leaves the phone call to you.

Is Rocket Money worth it?

If you will never make that call yourself, possibly. For everyone else the free tier of a budgeting app that lists your subscriptions gets you the same visibility, and the money stays with you.
